This card was really simple to make, and it uses the Surf's up paper pack. As a land lover I didn't think I would like this paper pack much- boy was I wrong!! I just lover the patterns and the great color combo-
I used one of the new wooden clothes pins to hold the tag on. I stamped the image from the Bright Sunny Day set.
